Staff in the Department continually interact with business leaders to ensure that the Department's programmes are servicing Hong Kong's business needs. The Department of Management seeks to offer innovative research and management education programmes that develop graduates with the knowledge, skills and social awareness they will need to be productive managers and responsible citizens.
The Department of Management takes quality research, teaching and community service seriously. Yet in this increasingly competitive and rapidly changing educational environment, quality education is not a sufficient condition for continuing success. Hence we strive to go beyond quality by careful attention not only to the design and delivery of excellent programmes and services, but also to their continuous improvement.
