The first CLDP session with a good mix of students from CB, CLASS, CSE and School of Creative Media. Sarah Leung is a seasoned HR consultant. She delivered a lively and interactive talk of business etiquette covering areas in face-to-face, social media and phone. The participative students raised many relevant questions throughout the session. They are inspired by Sarah's tips by learning how to behave more professionally in the business arena.
