Title: Preparing for Virtual Interviews

An interactive simulation session providing students an opportunity to prepare a biographic video presentation as they may for a MNC recruiter on an online platform.  Students gain insights on personal presence and engagement through peer and facilitator video review on self-introduction.  Students can also gain a reflective understanding of how they can align their presentation to the outcome the recruiters seek and the rationale in the methods.
