The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants ("HKICPA") is a home grown brand and the only statutory body for qualifying and registering CPAs in Hong Kong.  The HKICPA is the only body authorized by law to register certified public accountants in Hong Kong. Its members are entitled to the description "certified public accountant" and to the designation CPA.  The HKICPA is the largest professional body in Hong Kong, with over 47,000 members and over 13,500 registered students.
