| Details: | J.P. Morgan is excited to share that their largest diversity early-identification program – the J.P. Morgan Winning Women will be coming back in March 2023! The Winning Women Early Insight program aims to empower female students and those who seeks to embark on a career in financial services. Through fireside chats and sharing sessions, shortlisted participants will get to meet our most influential and inspiring female business leaders who will share their personal stories and career journey at J.P. Morgan. Depending on participants’ interest and skills set, they will be assigned to specific business tracks where they can gain a deeper understanding towards that area of business and even get invited to fast-track career events at J.P. Morgan. The Winning Women program also features a series of professional development masterclasses where participants can gain real-world, relevant skills from our Learning & Development specialists! Application for Winning Women is now open and they will be hosting an upcoming virtual info session on the evening of 7 March, from 8:00PM – 9:00PM HKT/SGT to share more about Winning Women, and how students can stand out with their application to be selected for this exclusive program.
