Eligibility:

1. Aged 18-30
2. Holding a Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card OR
   Holding a Hong Kong Identity Card and being admitted/enrolled to a full-time course at any of the tertiary institutions based in Hong Kong* (the number of participants meeting this criterion shall not exceed 50% of total eligible participants)
3. Students studying in any discipline/level in college/undergraduate/postgraduate programmes are welcomed.

Application Deadline:
1^st round: 18 February 2024
2^nd round: Till quota is full (on rolling basis)

Programme Fee:
FREE of charge (but payment of HKD5,500 refundable deposit required)
