J.P. Morgan 2024 APAC Finance for Non- Finance (F4NF) Program

J.P Morgan will be running the yearly program ‘J.P Morgan Finance for Non-Finance' Program in late May 2024. This event is targeting students who are from non-finance related majors and scheduled to graduate between September 2025 to July 2026.

On the 1st session (24 May), you will get to visit our offices to gain an in-depth insight into our business teams, experience our inclusive culture and get the chance to put your skills and learning into practice through a collaborative team activity. 

On the 2nd session (28 May), you will participate in a virtual training session that will give a foundational understanding of how a bank works and what career opportunities are available. We’ve designed a variety of activities and networking opportunities and by the end of the program, you will have gained a wealth of knowledge and understanding of how to put your skills to use in a bank. We'll also help you improve your skills during an interactive workshop and give you time to network with each other and our business leaders.

• Timing: 9.30 AM to 5.00 PM SGT/HKT
• Format: In Office and Virtual

Who should apply?

• This event is open to students studying in Hong Kong universities and scheduled to graduate between September 2025 to July 2026.
• We welcome applications from all Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) related degree backgrounds. 
• Your enthusiasm for the financial services industry is critical.

Eligible applicants will be invited to complete a video interview for you to share your motivation to join the program. As we screen the applications on a rolling basis, appreciate if you can complete the video assessment at the soonest. You can expect to hear from us if you are shortlisted by early May.
