UBS is launching the Tomorrow’s Talent Program: Technology for students who wish to start a career in the tech field. In the 10-week mentorship, students will be guided by a software engineer mentor in building a platform and get trained in hands-on technical workshops. This is a great opportunity to make the first step into the industry, where participants will gain hands-on experience and valuable insights from industry experts. Successful candidates might even secure a 2026 summer internship spot.

Targets: Students graduating between December 2025 to June 2027
