[Call for Application] “She Inspires” Mentorship Programme 2026
Organised by the Home and Youth Affairs Bureau (HYAB) and the Women’s Commission
The “She Inspires” Mentorship Programme aims to support local female university students in building essential skills, confidence, and professional networks to thrive in their future careers. The Programme brings together over 70 accomplished women leaders from diverse sectors to serve as mentors.
Programme Highlights
Through one‑on‑one mentorship, training, and group activities, mentees will:
- Receive guidance from an experienced women leader to support career and personal planning
- Enhance essential professional and leadership skills
- Expand their professional and social networks
Eligibility
- Female students enrolled in a full‑time bachelor’s degree programme at a local university throughout the programme period (July 2026 – July 2027)
- Hong Kong permanent residents or HKID holders who are currently registered as full‑time students in Hong Kong
- Aspire to pursue a career in Hong Kong
