Students who have not completed the required accredited electives, for any reason, or who have not studied equivalent subject areas previously, may be required to undertake the relevant modules independently. Please note that all exemptions are subject to the specific criteria and approval processes established by the respective professional bodies.

Following the renewal of the Collaborative Course Agreement with HKCGI, graduates of the Corporate Governance Stream may enjoy full exemption from the professional examinations of HKCGI and CGI**.

**The full exemption is subject to fulfilling the requirements of HKCGI.
