Why BBA Management?
The BBA Management Programme aims to equip students with the abilities and skills to successfully manage people and teams within an organisation and manage the organisation itself, in both local and international environments. Students of this programme will acquire the knowledge to meet management challenges, including decision-making, leading and motivating people, leading organisational change and strategising and implementing business decisions locally and internationally. The major offers a choice of two distinctive streams: Human Resources Management (HRM) and Strategy and International Management (SIM).
The HRM stream is designed for students who wish to pursue a career as an in-house specialist or an outside consultant in the human resource management area.
SIM StreamThis stream is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills to develop effective strategies to manage in the international business environment, particularly in the Asia Pacific Region.
工商管理学士(管理学)(专修: 人力资源管理/ 策略及国际管理) 课程旨在培养学生对本港及跨国商业环境的认知,为日后成为管理层作好准备。透过课程,学生将学习到:
- 成功管理人才及团队的知识,
- 创业技巧,
- 在大湾区、澳洲、日本、韩国、美国、加拿大及英国等地区或国家为企业制定策略及领导企业的知识。
本课程涵盖两个专修范畴予学生入学第二年选择:
(一)人力资源管理:透过教授人力资源管理相关的技能和知识,以培养人力资源管理方面的专才。
(二)战略管理及国际商贸管理:让学生接触多方面的商业知识,培育学生对国际商业环境以及公司和机构管理的深刻理解,目标是培养出本土和跨国公司所急需之管理人才。

Curriculum
MGT BBA programme offers a choice of two distinctive streams, Human Resources Management (HRM) and Strategy and International Management (SIM). The management major will help graduates develop skills in interpersonal communication, multitasking, and teamwork. In addition, it helps to enhance creativity, emotional intelligence and business etiquette.
HRM stream: Enable students to apply intellectual skills in human resource management and demonstrate sensitivity to multicultural issues.
Develop in students practical skills in key areas of people management and technical skills required of a generalist, a specialist, and a consultant in human resources management.
SIM stream: Equip students with the knowledge and skills to develop effective strategies to manage in the international business environment, particularly in the Asia Pacific Region.
Allow students to understand how firms operate in the international environment and gain an in-depth understanding of the development and implementation of global strategies.
