About Us
The FinTech and Digital Assets Centre (FDAC), formerly the FinTech and Business Analytics Centre (FBAC), is a research centre of the College of Business at City University of Hong Kong. FDAC builds on FBAC’s established strengths in FinTech, business analytics, quantitative finance, financial econometrics, machine learning, generative AI, blockchain, and industry collaboration, while expanding its focus to digital assets, digital finance, and AI-enabled financial services.
FDAC serves as a platform for interdisciplinary research, education, industry engagement, and knowledge exchange. The Centre supports rigorous academic research and practical dialogue on how data, artificial intelligence, and digital technologies are reshaping financial markets, investment, risk management, regulation, and business practice.
