Assurance of Learning

Assurance of Learning (AoL) helps the College assess student achievement to continuously enhance programmes, courses, and learning outcomes.

Assurance of Learning (AoL) is a key quality assurance process that helps the College understand how effectively students are achieving programme learning goals . By systematically assessing learning outcomes, AoL supports evidence-based improvements to curriculum, teaching, and the overall CB educational experience.

AOL COMMITTEE

  1. The committee is responsible for:

    1. Developing and refining the AoL assessment process
    2. Guiding programme assessment plans, ensuring AACSB compliance
    3. Ensuring assessment results are used to drive continuous improvement
    4. Reviewing AoL reports from academic programmes
    5. Reporting annually to the College Board

  2. Membership includes:

    1. Committee Chair
    2. Dean and Associate Deans (ex-officio)
    3. One or two AoL Coordinators per department
