Dr. Chuang is the founder and CEO of ProVista Group. Since its establishment in 1995, it has evolved into a comprehensive provider specializing in energy storage, solar and green energy electronics. The group encompasses everything from research and development to manufacturing, marketing, and sales. Additionally, it provides entrepreneurial incubation and accelerator support services, serving as a resource for young innovators and entrepreneurs.

Dr. Chuang served as the Chairman (July 2023 – July 2025) of the Federation of Hong Kong Industries (FHKI), where he devoted to spearheading the transformation and upgrade of Hong Kong's industries. He primarily focused on nurturing innovation and technology, leading the way in advanced manufacturing, and strengthening the steady growth of both domestic and international markets. Actively cultivating talent in the industrial and innovation sectors, Dr Chuang committed to the vision of "Reinventing Hong Kong Industries."

Besides, Dr. Chuang is actively collaborating with the Innovation, Technology and Industry Bureau to organize stakeholders from government, industry, academia, research institutions, and investment sectors to establish the "Hong Kong New Industrialisation Development Alliance." It aims to fully leverage the resources of the Northern Metropolis and promote the development of advanced industries in Hong Kong, including semiconductors, biotechnology, artificial intelligence, big data, and food technology, thereby maximizing Hong Kong's strengths.

Dr. Chuang also holds numerous public positions. He is a member of Committee on Innovation, Technology and Industry Development, ITIB; Council member of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC); board member of Microelectronics Research and Development Institute (MRDI); member of the Sub-committee on Development of Industries, part of the Advisory Committee on the Northern Metropolis, HKSAR; Council member of City University of Hong Kong; and Institute Council member of Technological and Higher Education Institute of Hong Kong (THEi).

In recognition of his contributions, Dr. Chuang was honoured with the Young Industrialist Award of Hong Kong in 2007 and the Outstanding Young Chinese Entrepreneur in 2008. He was also conferred the Outstanding PolyU Alumni Award (OPAA) and appointed as a Justice of the Peace (JP) by the Government of the HKSAR.

庄子雄博士于1995年创立保力集团 (ProVista Group)，是集团的创办人及行政总裁。该集团已发展为集研究开发、制造、市场推广、销售等一条龙服务的电子产品供应商，在太阳能发电、能源储能发电系统、汽车及休闲旅行车电子及电力系统，以及消费性电子医疗产品方面皆具领导地位。此外，集团亦提供创业孵化支援服务，为年轻的创业家提供资源。

庄博士于2023年7月至2025年7月曾担任香港工业总会（FHKI）主席，致力推动及带领香港工业的转型升级，发展创科及先进制造，巩固及持续拓展内销，欧美及新兴市场，积极培育工业及创科人才，以实践「工业创新 续显辉煌」的愿景。

此外，庄博士正在全力与创新科技及工业局配合，组织官、产、学、研、投等业界，组建「香港新型工业发展联盟」，充分利用北部都会区的资源，推动香港的新型工业的发展，无论在半导体，生物科技，人工智能，大数据，以至食品科技等，充分发挥香港的长处！

庄博士出任多个公职，其中包括创新科技及产业发展委员会（ITIB）委员；商务及经济发展局工业贸易咨询委员会成员；微电子研发院 (MRDI) 董事会成员；北部都会区咨询委员会辖下的产业发展小组成员；香港城市大学校董会成员；以及香港高等教育科技学院 (THEi) 理事会成员等。

为表彰他的贡献，庄博士于2007年获颁「香港青年工业家奖」；于2008年荣获「世界杰出青年华商奖」；于2025年获得「杰出理大校友奖（OPAA）」，同年更被香港特区政府委任为太平绅士（JP）。

在加入小红书前，管女士任职于阿里云智能集团，负责阿里云的海外合规工作。

Ms Sunny GUAN currently serves as Chief Compliance Officer at RedNote. In this role, she oversees the company's global compliance and corporate governance, leading a number of strategic compliance initiatives across core areas including privacy, security compliance, AI governance, patents, and export controls. She brings over 14 years of professional experience in technology risk management and compliance.

Prior to joining RedNote, Ms. Guan worked at Alibaba Cloud Intelligence Group, where she was responsible for overseas compliance matters.

Dr Allen Shi is the Chairman and Founder of Brilliant International Group Ltd. A renowned industrialist and entrepreneur, he has garnered a formidable reputation in the global printing and packaging industry.

He has been an active supporter of the University development through his longstanding involvement with the CityUHK Foundation, where he serves as member of the Foundation Board of Governors. Dr Shi has also made contributions to the CityUHK community through various leadership and service roles, including serving as a CityUHK Court Member and as a mentor under the HK Tech 300 programme.

In recognition of his outstanding contributions to both the University and the wider community, he was conferred the title of Honorary Fellow by CityUHK in 2021. Moreover, he is the recipient of the CityUHK 8th Distinguished Alumni Award, in recognition of his remarkable professional achievements and his exemplary role as a model alumnus.

Beyond the academic sphere, Dr Shi is committed to public and community service. He currently serves as a member of the Advisory Committee on the Northern Metropolis, Council Member of the Better Hong Kong Foundation, Permanent Honorary President of the Chinese Manufacturers' Association of Hong Kong, Chairman of the Wong Tai Sin District Healthy & Safe City board of Directors and Chief President of Hong Kong Haizhu Federation.

Chris Tung is the Group CMO and China CEO of the leading Asian luxury hotel group, Shangri-La. Before that Chris joined Alibaba Group in January 2016, and has served as Chief Marketing Officer since then until April 2023. He was appointed President of Alibaba Group in May 2023, in charge of Strategic Development.

Chris is best known for his strong leadership in driving marketing innovation and defining new models to build brands. During his tenure as CMO at Alibaba, he has led different business divisions to create many best-in-class cases including Taobao Maker Festival, Tmall double 11 etc. He also created the concept of “Uni Marketing”, a revolutionary marketing system that significantly improves the effectiveness of marketing and advertising by leveraging Alibaba’s business intelligence. The new methodology is transforming the way to do brand marketing and generating strong momentum for marketing industry evolution in China. As a result, Chris was awarded as and “the world’s most influential CMOs” by Forbes (2018, 2022, 2023).

Chris is the author of the recently published book ‘Smart Moves – How AI redefines management’. This book explores how AI transforms business management, providing leaders with frameworks and practical guidance for intelligent management in the AI era.

董本洪先生现任亚洲领先豪华酒店集团香格里拉的集团首席营销官兼中国区首席执行官。此前，他于 2016 年 1 月加入阿里巴巴集团，担任集团首席市场官。之后于2023年5月出任阿里巴巴集团总裁，主管战略发展部。

曦望Sunrise联席CEO

王湛先生现任曦望Sunrise联席CEO，负责公司商业化运营与生态建设，推动国产AI推理芯片的产业化发展。他拥有超过25年的科技行业、产品战略及市场开发经验。

2025年，王先生出任曦望Sunrise联席CEO，投身国产AI芯片赛道。曦望战略定位为「All-in推理」，专注推理GPU，目标是将大模型推理成本极致降低，让算力普惠化，目前已成为国内首家「纯推理GPU」独角兽企业。

王先生毕业于北京大学物理系。

Mr. WANG Zhan currently serves as Co-CEO of Sunrise, where he oversees the company’s commercial operations and ecosystem development, driving the industrialization of domestically produced AI inference chips. He brings over 25 years of experience in the technology industry, product strategy, and market development.

In 2025, Mr. Wang joined Sunrise as Co-CEO, entering the domestic AI chip sector. Sunrise is strategically positioned as “All-in-Inference”, focusing exclusively on inference GPUs with the goal of drastically reducing the cost of large language model inference and making computing power more accessible. The company has since become China's first “pure-play inference GPU” unicorn.

Mr. Wang graduated from Peking University with a degree in Physics.
