Presentation Guidelines

• Presentations should be delivered in English.
• Presentation times and room assignments will be posted on the conference website and included in the detailed conference program once available.
• Presenters are encouraged to arrive at their assigned room early to allow sufficient time for setup.
• Each parallel session is expected to feature three or four presentations.
• Presenters should observe the time limits communicated by the session chair to allow time for discussion and the remaining presentations.
• Presenters are encouraged to bring their slides in both PowerPoint and PDF formats on a USB drive and to keep a backup copy readily available.
• Presenters who plan to use their own laptops should bring any required display or power adaptors.
• Presentations should not depend on a live internet connection.
