Abstract Submission

The conference welcomes abstract submissions in operations management and related disciplines. Please consult the Call for Papers for the conference theme and suggested topics.

Submission Deadline

November 15, 2026

Submission System

The conference will use the Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (CMT) to manage abstract submissions and the review process.

The 1st ASCI-HK International Conference CMT submission link: TBD

All authors must have a valid CMT account. Authors who already have a CMT account should use their existing account. New users should create and verify a CMT account before beginning a submission. Creating a CMT account does not by itself constitute registration for the conference.

Submission Requirements

Invited Presentations

Authors invited by a session chair should submit through the invited-presentation option when the submission system opens.

Contributed Presentations

Authors who are not part of an invited session should submit through the contributed-session track when the submission system opens. The presenting author should be identified as the primary contact.

How to Submit

  1. Open the conference CMT submission link shown above once it becomes available.
  2. Sign in with an existing CMT account or create and verify a new account.
  3. Open the Author Console and select the option to create a new submission.
  4. Select the appropriate invited or contributed presentation track.
  5. Enter the requested presentation and author information, designate the presenting author as the primary contact, and upload any required file.
  6. Review the submission carefully and submit it before the deadline. Authors should retain the CMT submission confirmation for their records.

Acceptance decisions and presentation details will be communicated to the primary contact. The notification date is listed on the Important Dates page.
