DBA Residential Workshop for Cohort 2021

The Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) Programme has organised a Residential Workshop II on CityU campus from 8th to 10th September.

Led by Prof Muammer Ozer, Director of the DBA Programme, and Prof Sidney Leung, Associate Director, learning partners from the 2021 cohort were guided in preparing their thesis proposals during the workshop. They were divided into groups to present their research proposals. The learning partners received constructive feedback from faculty members and fellow learning partners.

Apart from Prof Ozer and Prof Leung, the following faculty members took part and provided advice in the workshop:

• Prof Choon Ling Sia, Professor of the Department of Information Systems
• Prof Huazhong Zhao, Associate Professor of the Department of Marketing

The residential workshop also invited DBA alumni, Dr Barry Lee and Dr Jerry Zhang, and learning partners from the 2020 cohort, Mr Alvin Leung and Mr Eddie Yuen, to share their experiences and tips in preparing thesis proposals and completing the DBA program.
