Student Committee

Objective:

  • To enhance communication and understanding, ideas and cultural exchanges among students and between students and the Department
  • To foster students’ sense of belonging to the program and the Department
  • To enrich student’s school life by outside classroom activities and social network extension

Roles:

  • To be a liaison among students
  • To be a liaison between the Department and students
  • To organize various kinds of on-campus and/or off-campus activities for current students
  • To support in University level or programme related activities/events (i.e. Information Day, Orientation Seminar)

Structure:

The Student Committee is ordinarily made up of 6 Class Representatives. It is formed by the new cohort in each academic year.

Terms of Service:

The committee serves one-year term from 1 September to the end of August of following calendar year.
