The Department of Management Sciences is pleased to announce that Professor Pengfei Guo has just joined our department as Chair Professor. He obtained his PhD from Duke University and was Professor and Associate Head of the Department of Logistics and Maritime Studies at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University before joining us. Pengfei has a distinguished research record in the areas of service operations management, queueing economics, health care and sharing economy, and is currently a senior editor of Production and Operations Management.
