The City University of Hong Kong (CityUHK) College of Business warmly welcomed more than 100 alumni, donors, faculty, and friends back to campus for the Alumni Endowment Fund Appreciation Dinner & Amusing Auction Party on Friday evening, 5 June 2026. More than a celebratory gathering, the event was a heartfelt homecoming—one that underscored the College’s deep gratitude for its alumni community and its enduring commitment to building the future together. The College of Business is delighted to announce that, with the generous support of its alumni and friends, a record-breaking HK$4 million was raised through various channels, in support of the College’s students’ development.

A Homecoming Rooted in Legacy and Gratitude

The evening opened with welcoming remarks by Professor Chun-sing Lee, Acting President of CityUHK, who described the occasion as a meaningful “homecoming”—a time to reconnect with shared roots while looking ahead to the future.

“The College of Business is more than a place for nurturing talent; it is a legacy we pass on from one generation to the next.”  Professor Lee said. He also highlighted the significance of the newly established CityUHK College of Business Alumni Endowment Fund as a perpetual investment in future generations. Supporting the Fund, he noted, is not only about preserving a legacy, but also about nurturing talent and advancing the future of business leadership.
