Biography
Junming Liu is an associate professor in the Department of Information Systems at the City University of Hong Kong. He received his Ph.D. from the Rutgers Business School at Rutgers University. Before joining Rutgers, he received his B.S. degree from the School of the Gifted Young at the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC). His research spans data mining, network analytics, and large-scale optimization, with a focus on developing effective data mining algorithms for big data applications. His work, published in leading business journals and premier computer science conferences, actively informs projects in data-driven operations, network optimization, and human–AI collaboration.
