The Centa‐City Index: a housing price index for Hong Kong
The Centa‐City Index is a quality‐controlled property
index, the first of its kind that tracks property
prices on a regular basis. For the past fifteen years,
the Centa‐City Index has served as both an economic
indicator and a reference source for buyers and
sellers. The index has received substantial public
recognition since its launch and is featured regularly
in local and overseas media.
