The UT Dallas' Naveen Jindal School of Management has created a database to track publications in 24 leading business journals. The database contains titles and author affiliations of papers published in these journals since 1990. The information in the database is used to provide The UTD Top 100 Business School Research RankingsTM since 1990 based on the total contributions of faculty.

The College of Business is ranked 41st worldwide and 4th in Asia in the latest UT Dallas Rankings, based on our research contributions from 2017-2021 in 24 leading journals in major business disciplines.

Best Global Universities rankings by US News & World Report
70th Worldwide | 10th in Asia

The overall Best Global Universities rankings by US News & World Report encompass top institutions spread out more than 90 countries. The rankings incorporate data from Clarivate Analytics InCites, and results are based on 13 indicators that measure the academic research performance and global and regional reputations of the institutions.

The College of Business is ranked 70th worldwide and 10th in Asia in Economics and Business, among over 1,750 best colleges and universities.

QS World University Rankings by Subject
68th/76th Worldwide | 16th /19th in Asia

The QS World University Rankings by Subject ranks the world's top universities in individual subject areas, covering 51 subjects as of 2022. Each of the subject rankings is compiled using four sources. These four components, reflecting academic reputation, employer reputation, research citations per paper and h-index, are combined to produce the results for each of the subject rankings, with weightings adapted for each discipline.

The College of Business is ranked 68th worldwide and 16th in Asia in Accounting & Finance and 76th worldwide and 19th in Asia in Business & Management Studies by Quacquarelli Symonds (QS).
