The UT Dallas' Naveen Jindal School of Management has created a database to track publications in 24 leading business journals. The database contains titles and author affiliations of papers published in these journals since 1990. The information in the database is used to provide The UTD Top 100 Business School Research RankingsTM since 1990 based on the total contributions of faculty.

The College of Business is ranked 42nd worldwide and 5th in Asia in the latest UT Dallas Rankings, based on our research contributions from 2018-2022 in 24 leading journals in major business disciplines.

Best Global Universities rankings by US News & World Report
65th Worldwide | 8th in Asia

The overall Best Global Universities rankings by US News & World Report encompass top institutions spread out more than 90 countries. The rankings incorporate data from Clarivate Analytics InCites, and results are based on 13 indicators that measure the academic research performance and global and regional reputations of the institutions.

The College of Business is ranked 65th worldwide and 8th in Asia in Economics and Business, among over 2,000 best colleges and universities.

QS World University Rankings by Subject
76th Worldwide | 20th in Asia

The QS World University Rankings by Subject ranks the world's top universities in individual subject areas, covering 54 subjects as of 2023. Each of the subject rankings is compiled using four sources. These four components, reflecting academic reputation, employer reputation, research citations per paper and h-index, are combined to produce the results for each of the subject rankings, with weightings adapted for each discipline.
