Mr. Jin is a senior partner of Deloitte China and has over 24 years of professional experience with both Deloitte China and UK. He has held a number of senior positions in the firm including founding member of Deloitte Chinese Services Group (CSG) and UK CSG leader, Managing Partner for Outbound Investment Center of Excellence, Managing Partner for Audit & Assurance practice in China Eastern Region and National COO for Deloitte A&A China.
Mr. Jin has extensive audit and advisory experience with a particular focus on capital markets where he has successfully led over 20 IPOs across China A share, HK and US capital markets. He is passionate about application of new technologies in finance and audit functions when he was leading the audit transformation and innovation initiative within Deloitte China.
Mr. Jin currently serves as Members President (Greater China) and Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (FCA ICAEW). He is also a member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CICPA).
Mr. Jin graduated with First Class Honors in Accounting and Finance from The University of Glasgow, Adam Smith Business School, and was awarded Honorary Professor by the school in 2019.
