Mr Jin is a senior partner and Chief Growth Officer for Deloitte China with over 20,000 partners and professionals across 31 offices in China. As Chief Growth Officer, he leads cross-functional collaboration and key growth initiatives of Deloitte China, including deepening industry expertise, elevating priority account service and structured operation of China Global Office, focusing on both China To Global (C2G) and China for China (C4C) services.
Mr Jin has previously led Deloitte Global Chinese Services Group (GCSG), an organisation set up in 2003 which has helped thousands of Chinese enterprises going global, leveraging Deloitte resources and capabilities across 150 countries. Auditor by background, Lawrence has successfully completed over 20 IPOs across China A share, HK and US capital markets and has served as Chief Operating Officer for Deloitte China audit practice nationally.
Mr Jin is a frequent speaker at major international forums including Davos, WEF and MWC on a wide range of topics including globalization of Chinese businesses, AI and capital market trends.
Mr Jin is the Honorary Professor at the Adam Smith Business School of the University of Glasgow, Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and a member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CICPA).
