Mr. Jerry Wong holds a Master of Accountancy from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Master of Corporate Governance from Hong Kong Metropolitan University (formerly The Open University of Hong Kong). He is a member of The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA), The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (HKCGI) and The Chartered Governance Institute (CGI).

Mr. Wong has a strong industrial background and extensive teaching experience. He was a Senior Lecturer at Hong Kong Metropolitan University before joining CityUHK and has been teaching for more than 10 years. In addition, he also worked in various CPA firms including Big 4 firms, Inland Revenue Department, The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountant and listed company in Hong Kong. He specialises in accounting and taxation.
