Biography
Jiajia Cong is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at City University of Hong Kong. His research focuses on quantitative marketing and industrial organization, with particular interests in data, platforms, incentives, and the digital economy. Prior to joining CityUHK, he served as an Assistant Professor and later an Associate Professor at the School of Management, Fudan University (2018–2024).
