An endowment—where the principal is preserved and only investment income is used—provides the stability and continuity needed to ensure enduring excellence and strategic growth. Built through the collective generosity of our alumni community, the Fund reflects their commitment to giving back, strengthening the College, and empowering future generations of business leaders.

All donations to the Fund will remain intact as principal and be invested perpetually under the University’s investment policies, with a guaranteed annual payout rate of 4% for distribution.

Every year, scholarships from the fund will be granted to recognize academic excellence, notable improvement, community impact, and financial need—enabling students to access diverse learning programs, international exposure, leadership development, study‑and‑research opportunities abroad, and participation in prestigious competitions.

传承基金以“保留本金、仅动用投资收益”为原则运作，可提供学院实现长期卓越与战略发展的稳定性与持续性。这项基金由商学院校友共同建立，体现了他们回馈母校、支持学院发展及赋能未来商业领袖的承诺。

所有捐予基金的款项将作为本金完整保留，并根据大学的投资政策进行永续投资，每年按照保证的4%派息率作分配用途。

基金每年将颁发奖学金，以表彰学业优异、进步显著、具社区贡献及有经济需要的学生——使他们能够参与多元学习项目、拓展国际视野、发展领导才能、赴海外研习，以及参加顶尖竞赛。

1. All donations will be cumulatively recorded under the CityUHK Foundation. Donors who reach the University’s designated recognition levels will be acknowledged accordingly in the CityUHK Annual Report.
   所有捐赠将累计记录于"香港城市学基金"名下。达到大学指定认可级别的捐赠者，将在城大年报中获得相应鸣谢。
   
2. Donors achieving the Chairmanship Sponsor level will be entitled to the University Donor Roll listing, with permanent recognition.
   达到主席级赞助人级别的捐赠者，将载于入校园内的大学捐献榜，在大学捐献榜上获得永久鸣谢。
