Biography
Robert is an experienced human capital leader with an industry career spanning both consulting and corporate leadership roles in Asia, the Middle East, the UK, and Canada. He has proven expertise advising boards and executives on complex people management and remuneration matters across multiple sectors.
His teaching and research interests include international HRM, international business, executive compensation, rewards and corporate governance.
Robert holds a PhD in Management from Durham University and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
