Biography
Jianfu (Jeff) Wang is an Associate Professor at the City University of Hong Kong's Department of Decision Analytics and Operations. Holding a Ph.D. from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, his research centers on queueing theory with applications in service operations, healthcare, and revenue management. Before joining City University, he was a faculty member at Nanyang Business School at Nanyang Technological University.
