Prof. Wing Lee is an industry practitioner with two decades of experience in investment banking, venture capital and entrepreneurship, across Hong Kong, Shanghai, Singapore, London and Manila.

He is currently the Founding Partner of WNJ Ventures, an early-stage venture capital fund focused on investments in innovative and technology startups. Previously, Prof. Wing Lee has worked with Australia & New Zealand Banking Group, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Ernst & Young across investment banking, debt capital markets, corporate finance, risk management and consultancy.

He regularly features as judge panelists, key-note speaker, lecturer and mentor for MNCs, technology & innovation institutions, governmental and academic organisations such as Amazon Web Service, Hong Kong Science & Technology Park, Hong Kong Management Association, Hong Kong Trade & Development Council, Hong Kong University of Science & Technology, University of North South Wales (UNSW Australia), Asian Financial Forum and Mercedes-Benz.

His focus areas includes entrepreneurship, finance, investment, AI, data, technology, external management projects and business case competitions.
