Programme Aims and Objectives

Asia's first of its kind EMBA programme to nurture leaders for business management and public administration with emphasis on Belt and Road and Public-Private Partnership. 

 

The aim of the programme is to re-orient the mindset of senior business executives through exploring and innovating new business knowledge and practices in the context of modern knowledge economy and China market.

 

Students enrolled in CityU EMBA (Chinese) programme with PPP concentration will be given the option to enroll simultaneously in the Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree offered by Tsinghua University as long as they have met the admission requirements of MPA programme. Students will have to complete further courses including a dissertation in order to be awarded the MPA by Tsinghua University. Credit units gained from CityU courses will be recognized and counted towards the fulfillment of the MPA programme.

Entrance Requirements

Applicants must: 

  • hold a Bachelor’s degree with at least Second Class Honours or equivalent from a recognized university; and
  • possess at least 6 years of significant managerial experience.

Medium of Instruction and Assessment

The programme will be taught in Chinese (Putonghua).
