Biography

Shu is a dedicated scholar whose work integrates Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, and Healthcare Systems. Her current research interests are centered on the dynamics of interpersonal relationships in organizational settings, with a specific focus on reciprocity, social exchange, helping behavior, and prosocial behavior. She also investigates these critical themes through the lens of healthcare management, seeking to understand how positive social interactions can enhance well-being, coordination, and effectiveness in high-stakes medical environments.

She is also a passionate teacher with extensive experience teaching Management and HRM tutorials and seminars. Committed to interactive learning, she continuously refines her teaching skills and has earned appreciation from students.
