In the first H-Index study in Management Information Systems in 2011 by Professors Hsinchun Chen of the University of Arizona and Professor Paul Hu of the University of Utah, six faculty in the Department of Information Systems at the City University of Hong Kong are included in the list of researchers whose H-Index is at or above 20 based on Google Scholar. This inclusion of five faculty from CityU is the most from any single university in the world. CityU faculty members are consistently included in the rankings and the lists for several years can be found at https://eller.arizona.edu/departments-research/centers-labs/artificial-intelligence/resources. This is another indicator that CityU's IS Department is one of the very best in its research impact.
