2017級校友 - 傅雪松 (IBM)
一個優秀的專業在每年的畢業季總是充滿了各大公司的offer捷報，據不完全統計，到2017年6月，ISMers 有收到來自埃森哲、IBM、尼爾森、香港PCCW、南方基金、招商證券等一系列公司的offers。有人說，成功是不能複制的，但是成功的經驗卻可以作為迷茫求職路上的指路明燈！
下面是傅雪鬆的求職經驗分享:
大學期間擁有豐富的學科競賽、學術科研、青年志願、學生創業經歷，曾多次獲得學業獎學金（4次）、科研科創獎學金（2次），經國家基金委公費派遣到芬蘭交換學習一年。學科競賽方面，在“IIBD商業案例大賽（荷蘭）”、“百度搜索引擎營銷大賽”、“挑戰杯”、“國際熊貓節創意設計大賽”中均獲得國際、國家級、省級獎項； 學術科研方面，在亞太信息系統年會上發表論文，並作為負責人帶領團隊在“本科生科研科創項目（重點創新項目）”獲得A類評級；創業方面，參與國家級大學生創業項目，並獲得國家級、省級、校級創業獎項及項目扶持經費； 青年志願方面，參加“PACIS2014”志願者，並被評為優秀志願者。

My motivation of starting a master programme was to continuously update my knowledge on management concepts, paradigms and best practices in order to improve my effectiveness as a leader and manager. This master programme was so well designed that it provided me with the knowledge and skills required for effective use and management of information technologies in today's dynamic workplace. The courses contained material with the right balance of information technology and business aspects. They provided not only essential theories but also practical exploratory components, such as case studies, group discussions, workshops and field trips, that enhanced my understanding of how these theories could be applied in real life situations. Moreover, the professors were good and enthusiastic about teaching. They were well prepared for lectures, promoted active communications and assigned practical activities and assignments to enhance the understanding of subject matters.

The program has a solid and well-integrated curriculum which allows me to develop a high level of mastery in a broad mix of technology-related topics. Its focus in the interrelation of technology and management issues helps preparing me well for the challenges I am facing on the job. Course materials are all current. I learn about contemporary IS topics and their implications as they are emerging, but not ages after the fact. An additional benefit is the excellent networking opportunities that provides me to gain and share knowledge with other classmates across the IT industry. It was an absolute pleasure and remarkable learning experience.
