  KMCI was founded in 1997 as an international professional association of KM practitioners.
   
• Knowledge Management Benchmarking Association
  KMBA conducts benchmarking studies to identify practices that improve the effectiveness of KM activities.

  The KMDC aims to promote the awareness and advance the practice of Knowledge Management in Hong Kong.
   
• Knowledge Management Professionals Association
  KMPA offers a forum for Customer Service and Support professionals to exchange, leverage and promote the best practices of Knowledge Management.
   
• The Hong Kong Knowledge Management Society
  The Hong Kong Knowledge Management Society is a professional body for managers and professionals, and serves the growing community of knowledge management practitioners. The Society helps professionals to connect and learn from each other, provides thought leadership and serves as information exchange for know how about knowledge management.
   
• The Information and Knowledge Management Society
  iKMS is a non-profit organization aimed at serving information and knowledge management (KM) professionals. It aims at creating awareness of KM and information processing, promoting the development of effective KM practices, and encouraging research and development in the field of KM and information processing.
