CB warmly received around 60 MBA alumni for a reunion on 16 March. The gathering allowed MBA alumni from
different academic years and industries to network and exchange ideas over food and drinks in a welcoming environment.
The alumni appreciated the networking opportunity. Ivan Lai, Senior Strategic Planner at a Chinese bank in Hong Kong,
expressed his excitement at attending diverse alumni activities in the future. Haley Lam, Assistant Customer Growth
and Experience Manager (Tourist) at the Hong Kong Jockey Club, viewed the event as a good chance to build a network
for her social and working circles, and looked forward to future events.
Professor Chak-fu Lam, MBA Associate Director, shared the latest programme updates with the MBA alumni. MBA
student Rico Chan, Senior Human Resources Manager at Tam Jai International Limited, shared his learning experience
with CityU MBA. Innes Chiu, Chair of the MBA Alumni Association, invited all MBA alumni and students to actively
participate in MBA alumni events and be part of the vibrant CityU MBA Community.
