Outward Bound

The department of Management seeks to develop students with the knowledge, skills and social awareness they will need to be productive managers and responsible citizens. In fact, management and leadership are best learnt through experience. As a continuation of learning, we would like to organize an unconventional, fun, and memorable outdoor leadership training program, aiming to offer the best learning experience to our students.

 

The Goals of the Outward Bound Program

  1. Increase resilience through overcoming challenges
  2. Show empathy for peers who may be struggling with physical effort
  3. Make personal decisions
  4. Accept responsibility for success or failure through the adventure-based experiential education model. Students will be able to strengthen their skills and become more responsible, motivated and capable leaders.
