• Cyrus is a seasoned HR professional and educator specializing in driving organizational growth by combining business acumen, psychological principles, and coaching techniques . He has held senior leadership roles in HR, talent development and employee engagement for major multinational and local corporations within the real estate development, sports & entertainment, and food & beverage industries. His expertise lies in designing high-impact strategies for talent management, corporate culture transformation, and strategic internal communications.

   

  Cyrus brings this wealth of practical knowledge into the classroom of tertiary education since 2021 in various HR and work psychology related subjects. He is passionate about empowering students with the practical skills and theoretical knowledge to excel as future HR leaders.
