The Romance of the Three Kingdoms (三國演義) is a popular literary work in Chinese history. Interestingly, the book means different things to different readers. To many gamers, "The Three Kingdom" is a strategy game. They enjoy developing and implementing strategies when playing the game. To many management practitioners, it is a management handbook which shows how brilliant leaders apply pragmatic management skills and philosophy to handle fast changing situations. In this talk, I would like to discuss what entrepreneurship is and share my thoughts about how leaders Cao Cao (曹操), Liu Bei (劉備), Sun Quan (孫權) in "The Three Kingdoms" practise entrepreneurship. We will talk about different perspectives of entrepreneurship using stories in "The Three Kingdoms" and your active participation is highly appreciated.
