Speaker Bio: Dr. Ning Li is the Flextronics Chair Professor and Department Head of Leadership and Organization Management at the School of Economics and Management, Tsinghua University. Previously, he was a Full Professor at the University of Iowa's Tippie College of Business. As a Fellow of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP), Dr. Li's research focuses on AI and big data applications in organizational management, organizational network analysis, leadership, and innovation management. His accolades include the SIOP Early Career Scientific Contribution Award (2020), consecutive recognition as an Elsevier Highly Cited Researcher (2021-2023), and the Academy of Management Review Decade Award (2023). Currently, he serves as Associate Editor for Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes and Deputy Editor for Management and Organization Review.
