2025 Management Forum - AI and HR: Conflict or Compliment?

The 2025 Bridge – Management Forum: “AI and HR: Conflict or Compliment?” was successfully held by the CityUHK Department of Management Alumni Association. The event gathered a strong turnout of Management alumni and industry professionals, creating a vibrant platform for dialogue on the evolving relationship between artificial intelligence and human resources.

Through a series of engaging panel discussions, HR leaders, solution consultants, and CXOs shared their perspectives on how AI is transforming the workplace—highlighting both strategic opportunities and practical challenges. A professor from the Department of Management also offered an academic lens on the topic, adding depth through research-based insights.

The forum reflected the Department’s ongoing commitment to connecting academic knowledge with industry practice, while supporting meaningful exchange among alumni and professionals.
