Professors Recognized Among the World’s Top 2% Most Cited Scientists 2025

We are proud to announce that Professor Maris Martinsons and Professor Jane Lu from the Department of Management have again been named among Stanford’s Top 2% Most Highly Cited Scientists in the World for 2025. Both professors have received this prestigious international recognition every year since 2020.

The Stanford list, compiled from Scopus data, identifies the top 2% of scientists globally based on a composite score that measures citation impact across fields and subfields. This accolade reflects the sustained, high-impact research contributions of Professor Martinsons and Professor Lu on both a career-long and recent-year basis.
