🎉 A big thank you to all participants for their enthusiastic engagement and dedication to enhancing their career prospects.  Below, we proudly share the highlights and key learnings from the workshop:

**Program Highlights:**

(A)  "Master CV Writing Skills Workshop" held on 4 February

1. **Common Pitfalls for Passing the ATS Screening:**

   - We explored the crucial Do's and Don'ts for navigating Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) with solid, real-world examples that help ensure your CV makes it past the initial screening process.

2. **Crafting an Impressive Career Objective Statement:**

   - Participants learned how to create compelling career objective statements that convincingly showcase their fit for the roles they are applying for.

3. **Utilizing the STAR Model for Skills Statements:**

   - We demonstrated how to craft powerful skills statements using the STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) model. This technique allows you to highlight transferable skills and competencies effectively.

4. **The Right Format for a CV and Cover Letter:**

   - Our expert trainer provided detailed guidance on the ideal formats for both CVs and cover letters, ensuring a professional and polished presentation.

5. **Preparing a Video CV:**

   - Attendees discovered the art of preparing a video CV, including tips for delivering a punchy elevator pitch that captures the attention of recruiters.

(B)  "How to show up as a strategic candidate in a job interview - it is a matter of differentiation" held on 10 February

1. Preparation Techniques: Students learned effective ways to research companies and tailor their responses to align with potential employers’ values.

2. Common Interview Questions: The workshop covered frequently asked questions and provided frameworks for structuring thoughtful responses.

3. Mock Interviews with Industry Practitioners :The inclusion of a guest business practitioner for mock interviews was particularly impactful. Students gained firsthand experience and valuable feedback, allowing them to practice in a realistic setting.

4. Understanding Recruiter Perspectives: Participants learned about the expectations and thought processes of recruiters, gaining insights that can help them stand out in competitive job markets.

5. Powerful Response Strategies: Students were introduced to effective techniques for answering questions, equipping them with a powerful tool to differentiate themselves during interviews.

6. Body Language and Communication: Emphasis was placed on non-verbal cues and the importance of clear, confident communication.

7. How to prepare a Job interview before hand in a full extent so as to ACE the interview.

8. Finish the interview with style and connect with recruiters
