About ESSEC Business School

| It is a truly global learning environment. The School receives around 500 exchange students from 170 partner institutions representing 45 countries, including UC Berkeley, Texas A&M, U of Michigan, King’s College, U of Warwick, U of Bath, Peking University, etc. |

Program details and benefits for students
| After fulfilling the graduation requirements of both universities, the students will receive "Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing" from CityU and "Global Bachelor of Business Administration (GBBA)" from ESSEC Business School, France respectively. |
| CityU students accepted to the joint degree program will study in France for 2 years and may attend summer classes in Morocco. |
| Students will develop a worldwide network and enhance intercultural competence in preparation for their future careers. |
Curriculum designs
| Years 1 and 2: Accepted CityU students study at CityU and complete French I and II as free electives |
| Year 3 and 4: Accepted CityU students study at ESSEC Business School, France. Students will have a 6-month full-time internship in either sem A or B of year 4. It can be in any country. |
| A dissertation is mandatory for this joint degree program. Students will plan and start in year 3 and complete it by the end of year 4. It can be supervised by the professor(s) in either institution. |
Financial arrangement
| Accepted CityU students in the program will pay the CityU tuition and fees only. |
| An estimated 15,000€ per year (assuming a 12-month stay in a year) is required for living
expenses in France, which includes accommodation, food, transportation, and personal
expenses, etc. Scholarships will be provided for accepted CityU students. |
Eligibility
| CityU BBA Marketing U4 (4-year curriculum) year-one students in cohort 2021 or after |
| A minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.0 or above |
| There are at least five quotas for each cohort. Priority is given to students who speak French. Students who do not speak French can take the French language courses in CityU before going to France. |

| Students can apply to the program after their Year 1 semester B or in Year 2 semester A |

About the program and Benefits for students

Curriculum designs
| CityU students study Years 1 & 4 at CityU and Years 2 & 3 at NTU. Students have to fulfill all the prescribed academic requirements of both universities as ordinary students. |
| CityU students are in Business Administration major in NTU. 臺大管理學院工商管理學系 |
| Students usually can complete all the requirements of CityU and NTU and graduate in four years. |
Schedule
Accepted students will commence their studies at National Taiwan University after Year 1 at CityU and return to CityU after completed Year 3 in NTU. Students are required to take English-taught courses at the NTU whenever possible.
Financial arrangement
Students in the programme will pay the CityU tuition and fees only.
Eligibility
| Year-one marketing major students of BBA U4 (4-year curriculum) in CityU |
| A minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.0 in Semester A of their year 1. |
| Fluency in English (TOFEL or IESLTS) |
| Able to speak Mandarin (Putonghua) and can read Chinese. |

| Email invitation will be sent to eligible students in January. Students can also approach the Program Leader to apply in the same period. |
| Shortlisted students will be invited for the selection interview. |
