Mr. Esmond LEE Kin Ying (李建英) is now employed by Euroclear Group as Strategic Advisor to APAC CEO. He is now also a visiting lecturer at Chu Hai College of Higher Education Belt and Road Research Institute. Mr. Lee is an honorary advisor of the Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) serving as Chairperson of HKIB’s Publication Sub-Committee.

Mr. Lee was employed by Euroclear Bank Hong Kong Branch as Advisor, CEO and Alternate CEO between 1 November 2017 and 31 December 2024.
