Details:

“Co-op”, sometimes known as placement, is a structured 6-month full-time internship programme that blends academic learning with on-the-job training by the industry. During the 6 months full-time internship, students will get to experience the end-to-end cycle of a consultancy job, including business analytics, market research, client management, project delivery and management.

The co-op internship model is experiencing a massive surge in popularity, driven by a highly volatile job market, the rapid disruption of artificial intelligence, and a mutual need for risk reduction by both students and employers. Instead of traditional, single-summer internships, the modern trend centres on structured, multi-term, integrated co-op programmes that solve critical modern challenges for both sides. Co-op has shifted from an optional CV-booster to an essential career survival strategy.
