Orientation week for our new exchange students

The Internationalization Unit of the College of Business has organised a series of welcoming activities for inbound exchange students from overseas universities, to help them connect with new classmates and better adapt to the new campus environment at CityU. The events were supported and co-organised by the College Exchange Student Club (ESC) and ran from 25th to 28th of August. 

Activities included reception, academic advice session, briefing by ESC, and CityU orienteering & luncheon. A day trip to Tai O, Po Lin Monastery and The Big Buddha was also arranged for exchange students to learn a little more about Chinese traditions and for sight-seeing.

The Internationalization Unit aims to help exchange students develop a sense of belonging to the University and new friendships with their peers.
