Department of Economics & Finance Home Coming Dinner 2015

A heart-warming EF Home Coming Dinner 2015 organized by the Department of Economics and Finance (EF) was successfully held at Academic 3 on 11th April. The gathering aimed at providing a good platform for EF alumni to strengthen the connections between alumni and faculty, to meet distinguished professionals in different industries, and to share the joy of being a part of the EF alumni community.

The dinner attracted over 70 alumni of different programmes and cohorts, their families and friends, faculty members and guests to attend. Prof Y W Cheung, Head of EF, kicked-off the event by giving a warm welcoming speech. Ms Pheony Tsang, Alumni Relations Manager of the Alumni Relations Office, also expressed her appreciation and excitement in meeting the alumni. Dr D H Fung, MSc in Banking alumnus delivered a presentation on International Regulatory Framework after the Global Financial Crisis and shared his thoughts on the topic with the attendees.

The guests enjoyed the evening and were delighted to meet fellow classmates and former teachers after graduation.
