Top high school students from Hebei Province visit CityU

A group of 14 students from the Hengshui High School Hebei (河北衡水中學), one of the top-rated high schools in Hebei Province, visited the College of Business on 4th July. The students are now exploring their university education and planning to study abroad.

On behalf of the College, Dr Xin Li, Associate Professor of the Department of Information Systems, welcomed the delegation. Dr Li introduced the latest developments of the College’s undergraduate programmes, the six Departments and their courses, as well as the College’s unique student exchange programme, local and global internship arrangements, etc. Dr Li also shared his personal experiences about studying and teaching overseas, and his views on university education in mainland China and in Hong Kong. He encouraged young students to grasp every opportunity to explore the world and gain overseas exposure.

Including in the visit were the admission talk, students sharing, and campus tour arranged by the Global Services Office, to help the students understand better the admission criteria and learning environment of CityU.
