Entitled “Three elements to accelerate  progress”,  a CEO Forum was organised by the College Executive Master of Business  Administration (EMBA) programme on 19th  December.
The forum featured engineering expert, Mr Banting Sze Wai-pan, Founder, Chairman and CEO of Freetech Road Recycling Technology (Holdings) Limited. Mr Sze has over 20 years of experience in engineering and is primarily responsible for the overall research and development activities, corporate strategies, planning and business development of the company.
 He discussed three important elements that  companies need to accelerate progess:  in-depth  analysis on market needs, strong logical reasoning and risk-conscious mindset.  Mr Sze believed that a company needs to constantly evaluate its own services  and products, to improve and reform, and to transcend its own limits.
